How You Can Make an Impact

The CCL Chicago chapter has monthly meetings on the second Saturday of each month. These meetings start at 11:00 AM and last about an hour. 

We encourage new members to join at 10:30 AM for an introductory session prior to the normal meeting.

There are a wide variety of actions that chapter volunteers can take part in to strategically and thoughtfully approach the impacts of climate change, such as:

• Taking 3 minutes to send an email to your member of congress or call them.

• Working with the media to help get editorials published, write op-eds, or letters to the editor.

• Volunteering with us at one of many events that we host around the city.
